How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Crossdock is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information we obtain through your customer relationship. This policy explains the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to handle it appropriately. Our policies and practices comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and corresponding provincial privacy acts.
What is personal information?
Personal information is information about an identifiable individual, recorded in any form — for example, name, email address, age, income, or date of birth. Information in public telephone directories, professional and business directories available to the public, certain public registries and court records, and certain publicly available publications is not considered personal information.
Our privacy principles
We are accountable to you
